Terms of Use

These rules apply to the Nova Post MCP connector and its website. The connector allows compatible AI assistants to access supported Nova Post delivery operations on your behalf.

1. Access and authorization

Use your own account or an account you are authorized to represent. Review the client and requested access before authorizing a connection. Keep your credentials secure; never put passwords, API keys, access tokens or authorization codes into a chat.

2. Responsible use

Use the service for lawful delivery-related purposes and only access information you are entitled to use. Do not attempt to access other accounts, bypass authorization or rate limits, collect data without permission, disrupt the service or exploit vulnerabilities.

3. Review and confirmation

AI assistants can misunderstand instructions or produce inaccurate information. Check shipment details, recipient information, addresses, parcel measurements, prices and selected services before confirming an action. Give explicit confirmation before creating or deleting a shipment. If an operation times out, verify its result before retrying to avoid duplicate shipments.

4. Delivery services and charges

Creating a shipment through the connector does not replace the applicable Nova Post delivery terms. Delivery availability, prices, customs requirements, prohibited items and payment obligations are governed by the relevant Nova Post service terms. A calculation is an estimate; check the final conditions before proceeding.

5. Personal data and third-party platforms

Provide only information needed for the requested operation and ensure you have authority to provide it. See our Privacy Policy for information about personal data processing. The AI platform you choose operates under its own terms and privacy policy. Review those documents before sharing information in a conversation.

6. Availability and changes

Available operations may change and access may be interrupted by maintenance, network issues or third-party outages. These rules do not establish a guaranteed uptime or response time. Access may be restricted to address misuse or security risks. You may stop using the connector and disconnect it in your AI platform settings at any time.

7. Assistance and applicable rights

For technical issues, follow the Support Policy. These rules do not limit rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Review this page periodically for updated usage rules.
